sometimes there is nothing like a good cup of tea to sooth a worried soul. i've recently started perfecting my cup.
my preference: peppermint tea with two spoonfuls of sugar. (sweet tooth, i know!)
i also love traditional indian chai. i'm still not sure how to perfect it exactly, but it's more milk based than what we normally drink in the USA-and oh so tasty. here is a link to a recipe, but i haven't tried it out yet. let me know how it is!

my favorite spot for a pot of tea and a bowl of strawberries in salt lake city is the beehive tea room. it is this little hidden gem downtown that i discovered at the beginning of the year. the second i walked in, it was love at first sight. anytime i've felt a little down in the dumps, i go and get lost in my thoughts. it has free wi-fi too-so it is a good place to get some studying done. here are a few photos that i took one lovely afternoon:
