my dear readers. have i neglected you for too long?  i have been in a bit of a whirlwind...flying home to washington, celebrating the holidays, exploring downtown seattle, playing with the dog, watching my best friend walk down the aisle and choking back tears of happiness, etc. etc. how is your holiday so far? did you get lovely things from santa? have you spent time with those you love the most? i sure hope so.
