do you ever watch the jersey shore? i'm a little embarrassed to admit that i do from time to time. and this week's episode was an epic romantic FAIL. as all of sammi's belongings were destroyed and her mattress was thrown outside in ronnie's temper tantrum, it really made me wonder...where is the romance?? that was NOT gentlemenly behavior.

happy thursday folks! how is this sunny morning treating you?

my sweet friend (and avid blog follower) A sent me some lovin' yesterday because she knows i've been going through a rough time. kind words and this cute photo! (so romantical-right?!)

A and i met through law school and i'm lucky we did! she is such a good friend. so supportive, quite brilliant, and knows how to have a good time. i love her positive attitude and sense of humor. not to mention-she is absolutely beautiful. she's one of those girls who can throw her hair in a ponytail, put on some sweats and still look like a beauty queen.

did anyone go to the grace potter concert last night at the depot? i wanted to sooooo bad, but had too much school work to do. :( sad day for me. i bet it was a pretty epic show.

holy mashed potatoes. yeah...that's right. holy. mashed. potatoes. have you heard the news??? anthropologie is unveiling their new wedding collection THIS february 14th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm not even engaged and this makes me so so so so happy. i've always envisioned my wedding being like walking into an anthropologie store. layers and textures. lots of things to look at. beautiful dresses on me and my bridesmaids. i'm SO completely and utterly ecstatic. check out this preview video.

last night was so wonderful. my friends+significant others got together at K's house to meet her new baby E. (who's name is Eleanor, but they call her baby E, which i think is just adorable.) it was so nice to mingle and ooo and ahhh over the baby. (and she didn't even cry when i held her! that's a first! haha).

oh my heavens! i've really failed you haven't i??? i told you wednesday i'd be your valentine by giving you something romantical to look at every day until valentines day! and then i forgot to post yesterday!! (shame on me!!) well...that just means you get extra romance today. :) enjoy:

who knew dr. seuss was such a romantic?! anyone else surprised? well...this quote sparked my interest and i decided to look into this SEUSS character a bit more...
